Hello there! My name is Venessa B. Garcia. I have been teaching for 9 years, the last 5 years here at Shimotsu Elementary. I am so excited to be your 6th-grade teacher this year! I received my Bachelor's Degree in Education from Ashford University and am currently working on obtaining my Certified Academic Language Practitioner (CALP) certification. I am a mother of five and enjoy reading in my spare time.
