Hello, my name is Karina Conde and I am a Special Education Inclusion/Resource Teacher at Shimotsu Elementary. I graduated from University of Texas Pan American with a Bachelors in General Studies, a minor in Psychology and Special Education. I also graduated with a Masters in Educational Diagnostician in 2015 from UTRGV. I have been an educator for over 10 years and I'm excited for this 2024-2025 school year.
